Define Unconscious Bias

One of the unconscious biases in my society is that all women know how to cook all kinds of food and that they will be good cooks. As well as that, they assume that all women would like to have children. All couples have children as soon as they get married, just because this is the expectation of their society.

Speaking about myself, I used to hate cooking and it's still not my cup of tea. I sometimes cook but I'm mostly not very good at it and I don't anticipate becoming perfect one day.

I don't know also if I would like to have kids someday because I really want to or just because of the way I was raised and the unconscious stereotype I have in mind.
