Educating Others About Diversity

I believe that education on its own isn't enough to help people accept diversity and differences. Many well-educated people still have biased opinions about others who are different.

It's useful when these people interact with those who are different and they all get an opportunity to get to know one another. When people face diversity from time to time, they will gradually realize how wrong the stereotypes are that they have about those who are different. Studying about diversity while living in an ivory tower wouldn't help at all.
